1. Citrus

Citrus aromas from oranges, lemons, grapefruit, and more provide uplifting aromas. “Light and bright fragrances tend to be popular in the summer because they have bright and vibrant citrus scents like lemon, orange, and bergamot,” says Joyce Barnes, Toka’s chief operating officer. I like brighter scents to keep me energized throughout the day.”

The most popular summer fragrance is citrus and floral. “Bright notes such as citrus, lemon, or crisp apple are always attractive and go well with lighter flowers such as white freesia, jasmine, or neroli,” Barnes explains.
